Lilit  |  Founder and Managing Director

Meet Lilit: Founder, and Managing Director of RCM PRO SERVICES, with over 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Lilit is a proud member of the AAPC, holding certifications as a CPC, CPB, and RHIT. Her journey in this field began as a medical biller for a small corporate company, from which she progressed through roles in outpatient practices and inpatient clinics. With dedication and expertise, she then ascended to managerial positions in revenue cycle management at larger corporate entities and eventually assumed the role of Director of Revenue Cycle.

For the past 6 years, Lilit has operated independently as a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Practice Manager, specializing in providing services to mental health providers including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, LPCs, and Licensed Social Workers, among others. Her scope of work encompasses Revenue Cycle Consulting services, supporting providers with various needs such as practice setup, billing claims, auditing, coding, credentialing, collections, and providing training to providers for proper medical documentation.

Lilit's passion lies in specializing in Mental/Behavioral Health, particularly Psychiatry. She also works extensively in specialties such as Pediatrics and Home Health Care. Her ultimate goal with every client is to deliver a team of experienced professionals providing quality service, while simultaneously reducing Accounts Receivable (A/R) and increasing revenue.

Ahmad  | VP, Revenue Cycle Management

 Ahmad has an extensive background in managing revenue cycle processes for medical providers of all sizes over the last 11 years. Through his expertise, Ahmad has successfully assisted hundreds of medical practices in streamlining their billing operations and scaling them to multiple locations.

Currently serving as the VP, of RCM, Ahmad oversees all revenue cycle processes, coordinates and supervises the billing staff assigned to each client. He is also responsible for overseeing daily operations, enforcing policies and procedures, as well as recruitment and management of the RCM staff. A fun fact about Ahmad is that prior to supporting physicians and their practices, he practiced as a Veterinary Physician. 

Working closely with Lilit, Ahmad has been instrumental in improving claim issues for small, medium, and large practices. Their collaborative efforts have led to maximizing insurance reimbursements, resolving accounts receivable challenges, and achieving success in all areas of Revenue Cycle Management. Ahmad's dedication to excellence and proven track record in the healthcare administration field make him a valuable asset to the industry and a reliable partner in optimizing revenue cycle operations for medical practices.  

Arpy |  Manager, Sales and Client Service

Arpy Sarumyan is the Manager of Sales & Client Service with a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Northridge. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role, with a strong foundation in understanding and effectively communicating with diverse audiences.

Arpy is a seasoned professional in the field of sales and client service, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results for clients at Rcm Pro Services. Her strategic approach to sales management and relationships has consistently garnered positive feedback and long-term partnerships, setting her apart in the industry.

In her role, Arpy holds responsibility for onboarding new clients and managing their accounts. Her commitment to understanding clients' needs and providing tailored solutions sets the standard for excellence in client service and sales management. She leads her team with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric approach, ensuring that client expectations are consistently exceeded.
